We were back to work on January, 30th, 2020, and at 100 percent to ensure all requests are met and emails are answered.  Oupiin Products  While we are proud of being a Taiwanese company and have 32 percent of our products made from facilities in this wonderful country. Up to 68 percent of raw materials/finished goods are supported by our Kunshan facility.  Kunshan Facility  Our Kunshan facility is eager to get back to work and we'll most likely return to normal operations February, 15th, 2020. Thankfully, at least 16 percent of local workers have returned. However, other workers may need to wait up to 2 weeks; because of the mandated 14 days in quarantine.
